Eric Reavis, principal of Reavis Realty, has been an industrial real estate broker since 1996 and has leased and sold industrial properties with an aggregate transaction value exceeding half a billion dollars. Eric’s practice is singularly and expertly focused on the acquisition, disposition and leasing of warehousing, logistics and manufacturing facilities in Central Los Angeles County and the South Bay.
His approach is quite the opposite of the prevailing large‐firm, team mentality, where the senior, experienced broker procures and maintains client relationships while the newer, inexperienced agents do the bulk of the day‐to‐day marketing, communicating with prospects and property tours. Eric fields every call, meets, evaluates, and tours every prospect, and maintains direct and consistent communication with each client.
Eric received his B.A. from New York University. He is fluent in Spanish, having spent a year in South America teaching English for the Harvard Institute for International Development. He is an avid swimmer, cyclist and runner, having completed numerous half and full Ironman triathlons.
